The Success Club application is immediately available upon activation of the reoccurring monthly subscription by entering their credit card information and paying the applicable subscription fee. Their card on file will be charged the current recurring fee each month based on their activation date (date the customer activated their premium service) until they cancel. In the event the customer does not pay due to NSF, or expired card on file, services will be suspended until the account is brought current. If after three (3) consecutive months of non-payment, the customer’s account will be terminated. Customers must update their card on file prior to any expiration dates to avoid any interruption of service. Customer can update their card information through their business center as a self-service feature. There are not renewal charges, only the applicable monthly recurring subscription fee. If the customer wishes to cancel their Success Club subscription, they log-in to their account and go to admin tab to submit their cancellation request. You Are A CEO, Inc. will cancel their subscription and delete their user ID and password and any aggregated information from the Club Uplift application data base (no personal or financial information is stored on our servers). Success Club will refund the customer 90% of the pro-rata amount remaining on any annual enrollment only. For example, if a Customer’s Agreement is cancelled with four (4) months remaining on the annual term, he or she will receive a refund that is based on the four remaining months multiplied by 90%. Membership Subscription Agreements paid on a monthly basis are not eligible for a refund.
